Gaenzle Marketing, a digital marketing agency in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, recently announced the launch of “Plant the Seed,” a new non-profit the agency is working on launching.
Plant the Seed will be a non-profit that builds free websites for other non-profits and social entrepreneurs with the goal of helping spread good will across the world. Non-profits and social entrepreneurs working on projects that aim to have a positive impact on helping people, animals, the environment, and more will be able to apply on the agency’s site along with Plant the Seed’s future website.
“Our team is built on the notion of teamwork and helping one another grow, and we want to find a way to harness the power of that to help provide a positive impact in the world,” said Gaenzle Marketing CEO Anthony Gaenzle. “We build websites for businesses that help them grow, so it just naturally followed that it made sense to launch a non-profit to help organizations that are doing good stand out, spread the word, and generate more exposure to help more people across the world and make an impact on the world as a whole.”
The agency already has two projects underway helping two Lancaster County non-profits write new website copy and build their new websites for free. Gaenzle Marketing is raising funds to officially launch the venture under the name Plant the Seed. Funds will go toward:
- 501(c)(3) application and associated legal fees
- Creation of website for Plant the Seed to help grow the non-profit
- Recruiting volunteers
- Necessary technology
- Permanent part-time staff members
- Costs associated with creation of websites for non-profits and social entrepreneurs
- Promotional efforts, events, and more to grow organization
The organization will start by building 5+ free websites for select non-profits and/or social entrepreneurs in 2024, with the goal of adding 2+ more each year as support grows.
Non-profits and social entrepreneurs working on projects aimed to change the world for the better can apply using the button below. Each application will be evaluated for the value it brings to the world and the positive impact it will have.
Types of organizations that will be considered include:
- Organizations providing aid and resources to the homeless
- Non-profits helping rescue, save, and take care of animals
- Organizations supported disabled or disadvantaged people
- Non-profits providing educational resources to help business owners
- Organizations providing humanitarian aid
- Entrepreneurs with products and/or services that aim to change the world in a positive way and have the ability to change or save lives
